A modular approach, fitting any existing infrastructure
All modules are cloud-based and their interfaces accessible via the latest web browsers. The customer-facing interfaces are designed by or in partnership with the travel operator, functionalities can be embedded or integrated via APIs.
BRMS – Business Rules Management System
- Enables the design of new dynamic products
- Utilises a configurable range of parameters, weighting them with powerful algorithms
- Integrates the actuarial thresholds elaborated in the External Data Source Aggregator (EDSA)
DPS – Dynamic Pricing System
- Elaborates prices in real time, dynamically
- Takes into account parameters provided by the customer, or external elements.
- Integrates the actuarial thresholds elaborated in BRMS e EDSA
RMS – Refund Management System and financial APIs
- Obtain data from the External Data Source Aggregator (EDSA) or from the Artificial Intelligence, acknowledge the claim and take actions in real time
- Manage automatic communications with the customer
- The APIs can trigger the claim payment in accordance with the Insurers policies and record the necessary accountancy elements in the insurer’s ERP
EDSA – External Data Source Aggregator and APIs with the sources of truth
- Gather data by a set of sources of truth, as chosen by the insurer, to enable parametric automation across the customers’ journey
- Elaborate and store relevant data set in relation with the risk
- Compute actuarial statistics upon relevant occurrences
Customer Interfaces and APIs
- Generate highly configurable interfaces to be embedded in the travel operator’s digital sales channels
- Manage the customer’s data coming from the digital sales channels to elaborate a bespoke product and price proposal in real time (with the BRMS and the DPS)
- Confirm to the insurer the policy sales and the customer’s activation
- Design a customised experience in case of claims
IoT APIs
If the policy includes the use of IoT systems to monitor the customers behaviours, the IoT APIs receive these data and coordinate their allocation within other modules (BRMS, DPS and RMS)
